Return Policy
At Fashion Phoenix, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 – 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and authenticity cards intact.
- Items marked as final sale, customized, or personalized are not eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings) cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service team at FasionPhoenix@qualityservice.com within the return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Include your RA number and original receipt in the package.
- Ship the return to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Fashion Phoenix is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- In the case of an error or defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at FasionPhoenix@qualityservice.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding shipping and other fees.
